All merchandise shown is “in-stock” unless otherwise indicated, and are shipped within 36 business hours. We are dedicated to a very personal service, and treat each order on a one on one basis. If an item is sold out just after a purchase, you will be contacted immediately by email concerning the status. We will email you as soon as possible if we feel that the order will not be shipped within 3 business days. At that point you will have the option of either;
If it is an express order, and there is a problem, we will call you. As part of our personalized service, we encourage you to call us or email us concerning your order during Open Boutique Hours indicated on our "Contact Us" page. You may even do so prior to shipping for an instant update. You will be speaking directly to the boutique where our stock is located. The best way for us to contact you is by email, so make sure you give us your correct email address. we do not use or sell any emails for advertising purposes. It is used only for contacting you as a consumer. It is very simple to shop online, just follow these instructions. First look for the general category of the item you are looking for. Then click on it and the page has all the items in that category. Click on the small thumbnail picture for more information of the item you are interested in. Pick the size & color that you want to buy and add it to your shopping cart. Please note that adding it to your shopping cart does not make you purchase it. What you do find out is that this item has an item number in case you want to call us instead of shopping online. We would need the item number, size & color. If you want to continue shopping you click on the "continue shopping" button. Otherwise you want to check out. Next to the shipping options there is a drop down box for you to change your shipping options to express shipping or international shipping. Our standard is "Priority" 2-4 day service. You now have a choice of either "Pay by Credit Card" or "Pay by Paypal". But you need to have an account with Paypal to use their services. So after you choose which option you want, you will end up on the form page to fill out all your information. After filling in the billing information, if the "Billing" is the same as "Shipping" then you only have to check off the box on top of the shipping area for it to show as the same as billing. Therefore there is no need to fill in the shipping info. Uncheck it if it is not the same. After all the information is filled in, you need to hit the "Process" button. Wait a few moments and a final page will appear and you will have an email confirmation sent to you (if you put your email address correctly). Health regulations prevent us from exchanging worn merchandise
for your protection. However, provided that the merchandise has not been worn,
damaged, or altered by you, and that all labels & tags are intact, acceptable
merchandise may be exchanged or refunded 30 days after you have received it.
However, for the Holidays of Halloween, Christmas & Valentines, all items purchased 45 days prior, will have an automatic receive date of that Holiday. For example, if you receive your purchase on November 15th, you will still have a receive date of December 25th. Therefore exchanges or returns can be made 30 days later... January 23rd. Shoes cannot have any markings on the soles. Hosiery can not be opened from package. Gag-gifts are strictly for fun. Once the gift is shown (whether worn or not) it is doing it’s job of generating laughter. Whether it is shown or not, cannot be determined by us.Therefore it is excluded from our policy. JUST ENJOY IT AND LAUGH! There will be an information sheet as to how to return or exchange your merchandise in your package. Your refund or exchange will be processed promptly in the payment type it was received. If you want to make an exchange, you must pay the difference (if greater), or the difference will be refunded to you (if lesser). Shipping costs are not refundable. SHIPPING INFORMATION
FREE SHIPPING for $69 in purchases (United States only) and $4.98 for less than $69. We ship all of our merchandise USPS Priority Mail in the U.S. Therefore we use Priority boxes with our Corporate name on it- "A.B. Styles Inc." Nothing says Lingerie on the box. We do not use Ground service. P.O. Boxes can be used for Priority service. 95% of Merchandise is in stock, will be shipped within 36 business hours, depending on when you ordered it. For instance we do not work on Sundays. So if you order an item late Saturday, it would not ship till Tuesday...Monday is a "processing" day. You would then receive the order within 2-4 days with our standard Priority Service. As part of our unique personal service policy, if we feel it may take longer, we will email you A.S.A.P. and you decide what you would like to do. You can also get a time estimate by calling us or emailing us prior to your online order. Next Day / 2nd Day Shipping No P.O. Boxes can be used for this service. During checkout, there is an option for this type of shipping. We will use either FEDEX or USPS Express Mail for shipping depending on your location and other variables. This type of shipping is usually sent out the same day if ordered prior to 5pm EST. If you select this option it is always wise to indicate to us the exact time you need your merchandise by. You may do this in the “shipping instructions” box on your checkout form. For your convenience there is a special “shipping instructions” box on your check out form. You may use this for instructions as to where to leave a box, if you would not like our company name on the box, or if you would like the purchase receipt sent separately. You will be emailed after your order has been placed, and again when your order has been mailed out. Your purchase will be accompanied by a packing slip, Unless the "ship to" address is different than the "billing" address and has a different persons name on it. GIFT BOXED ITEMS WITH TISSUE- ADD $6.00 PER BOX Please note that if you want the entire order in one box, then only hit the “gift wrap” option once and that is what we will assume. To make sure please tell us in the available instruction boxes on the form what you want us to do. Otherwise if you hit the option on two items, you will be charged twice. All prices are automatically removed from gifts that are boxed & wrapped, or are being shipped to a different person/location than the billing address. Labels are still intact. All other purchases WILL have prices and/or tags intact. If you would like them removed, please tell us in the various information boxes that are available for you during checkout. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING APO's are considered U.S. Shipping prices. Canada shipping is separate from "International Shipping". All other countries have the International rates. We have the right to refuse shipping to certain countries. We may also take longer to ship because of validating the credit card used for international orders. Please indicate in the “shipping instructions” box during checkout if there is special instructions for "Declarations". For instance there are some countries that do not allow shoes to be declared. So you would write "do not declare shoes". We do not suggest a gift box for international shipping. |

We use a secure server to send and receive information while completing your order. We use encryption technology. You will notice a "lock" symbol on the bottom of when you get to the secure page. We will never send your credit card or check information via email. This is much safer than giving your credit card to a server in a restaurant! |

PAY by PHONE OR SEND US A CHECK If you wish to purchase off-line, simply place all the items you want in the shopping cart...that way you will have the item#'s of all the items. After you fill up your cart, hit "checkout" as usual. Fill in the "Checkout Form page" and Print it out. If you don't have a printer, simply write it all down with the totals. Then you can send us a Check or Money Order for the amount that the website indicated. Or call us toll free 24/7...just remember that questions can only be answered Mon-Fri 11am-6pm EST or Saturday 11am-4pm EST, otherwise only order taking people are available.
